A good selection of toys , games consoles and accessories, out door toys and equipment. Baby department with toys car seats etc. Loads of books and arts and crafts. There is always something on offer. The staff have always been very helpful. Plus they always have a clearance section near the front of the store by the tills if you are looking for something a bit cheaper. I would recommend this store.
Although the shop was busy, we found staff to ask where things were very easily. All the staff we spoke to were really pleasant.

Not the biggest shop, but a decent amount of sale graphic novels and a wide choice (some exclusive) Pop! figures.
Very friendly staff, always willing to help with any query about their stock. Always a pleasure visiting for either a quick shop or browse.

Open to the public for free and with a wide variety of exhibits, the Herbert is a great venue in Coventry. I went for a specific exhibit, which was time limited to end in September 2018: the 30 years of Rare games exhibit. The exhibit itself was put together with care and showcased a great history of gaming. The museum was a great venue for it, with lofty ceilings and spacious rooms all kept immaculately clean. The gift shop offered expected museum fair, passed through on the way in and out of the museum proper. The cafeteria in the building offered reasonable prices for standard snacks and beverages and plenty of room for people to sit. Parking nearby is easily found, either street parking across the road or one of the secured car parks within easy walking distance.
Took 4 year old to the Toy/play exhibition which we both enjoyed. Then went cafe which was good too. In city centre with interesting walk through Broadgate & Coventry cathedral. We used park and ride which we would recommend. Ride on a bus added to the visit!
